As you read this post, I’d be really stoked if you would think of three people who
could benefit from this article!

But first, a friend of mine said to me today, “Time to Hate Fake” and this is not only totally right on, but what makes it really cool is that his name is Jake! So we are going to be writing a article entitled,”Time to Hate Fake by Jake.” Well, I at least thought it was cool.

This article is not only some “keys for success” but just good old common sense in life. It’s good to Listen, it’s good to Learn which helps and enables us to Live more productive lives for ourselves and for others.

Listen- Who are you listening to? The person that you need to listen to is you. Inside of you is your heart’s desires. Today, take some time and ponder and think and make a commitment to yourself to truly figure out “Your Why.” Your Why is the reason you get up each day with excitement and anticipation for what the days holds and for what you will accomplish and fuels you with energy to push through any obstacles that may come your way And…Ultimately Your Why is your dream. Listen to your heart’s desire and it will tell you Your Why in life! And you must have Faith (Find Answers In The Heart). It takes faith to become successful in life and fulfill Your Why.

I am reading a book right now by the kid who started 12 successful businesses before he turned 21!
The title of the book is, “You Call the Shots” and his name is Cameron Johnson.
It’s a good read and it’s getting me fired up! If we are not calling our own shots in life then someone else is and that really sucks!

OK, I bought a 92 Sabb from a guy that seemed trustworthy and real nice for my son here on Oahu for $600 bucks!

It looked pretty good, ran good-done deal. He said there are no back fees on it and it met the safety inspections for registration etc. All I had to do was pay the $10 bucks to have it transferred in my name.

So I go to the Department of Motor Vehicles and they tell me I first have to get a new safety inspection check. That ended up costing $275-ouch! Then I go back to register the car and I find out that the Certificate of Title is altered. I could have picked up on this on my own before buying it but the guy was ‘just so nice’ I didn’t take a second look at it. I call the guy and he assures me that he will go down and get a new on the next day and I even offered to pay the $10 bucks.

I call the guy 2 days later, “Oh yeah, sorry, I’ll do it first thing in the morning.” I then call again the next evening. No answer. Read the rest of this entry

I figured it was time to just start writing. I have a lot of ideas but tend to be a perfectionist or I am simply a procrastinator.  So if I just start posting on a regular basis I will stop waiting until this/my blog is looking all nice and sweet and work on the “perfection” part slowly but surely-and just write.
