I had a friend text me the other day…Time to Hate Smoking! I replied, “way to go.” He then text be back, “Don’t get me wrong, I’m not quitting-I just hate it! I replied back to him something like this, “That’s OK, your headed in the right direction-hating it!”

Today is the perfect day to Start to Hate Smoking!
